Provide advice for negotiations, land exchanges or assembly
What you receive

What we need to begin

An anonymized assignment
gsi assessed alternative configurations for the potential acquisition of part of an employment property. The advice distinguished developable and constrained components and explained how each scenario’s land composition and servicing assumptions affected value.
Questions & answers
Can you help before a price has been negotiated?
Yes. An agreed valuation scope can establish evidence for considering a proposed price and identify property assumptions that need further investigation.
What if the acquisition boundary changes?
A different boundary may change usable area, access or the composition of the lands. Provide the revised plan so we can assess whether the existing opinion still addresses the transaction.
Is this a brokerage service?
