Client services and Mandarin translation
Mei provides part-time Mandarin translation support for clients and gsi’s appraisal team throughout the appraisal process. She helps clients communicate with the team by email, text, WeChat and virtual calls.
Community outreach
Mei also supports outreach to the Chinese community, researching communication channels and helping introduce the firm’s consulting services.
